This ocean view victorian built in the early 1900 was designated as a "Landmark Building" and was close to falling apart when we started the job. Please note the "before picture " picture #17 as you scroll thru the pictures. The shell of the building had to stay identical and the interior became very sleek and clean as often seen in european design. During the process of the design we dropped the first floor 2' and dug a wine cellar-- added an elevator and a glass staircase. The house is full of classic european furniture like B & B Italia , Cassina and Poltrano Frau with amazing collectable art. Everywhere that you look ,in this house there is an amazing detail. This job took about 3 years and was so much fun!
